We always strive to accommodate all orders. However, in order to provide you with the best service possible, we require ample time to design and process your cake.
In the interest of maintaining our high quality standards, we ask for 3-6 months notice when ordering debut, wedding and civil ceremony cakes, and 1 month notice for other celebrations.
Occasionally, we may be able to accept orders at shorter notice, depending on our schedule, so please don't hesitate to contact us, as we sometimes have last minute openings.
Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. For weddings and celebrations during the peak-season (April to June, September to December) we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Alternatively, you can also reserve your date with a P1000 non- refundable holding deposit and decide on your design later.
